Tour Bookings: All tour bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will not be responsible for any price increases that may occur after a booking has been confirmed.

Payment: Full payment or a deposit (30%) is required to secure your reservation. Payment methods and deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by tour and are outlined during the booking process. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 DAYS of the tour departure. TOURS CART reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.

Tour Participation: Tour participants must be in good health and have a minimum level of physical fitness, as some tours may involve strenuous activities. Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide and comply with safety regulations at all times.

Liability: TOURSCART and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment. TOURSCART  is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of missed flights or transportation due to tour delays.

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, health emergencies, and personal belongings.

Photography and Media:

TOURSCART may capture photos and videos during the tour. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials.

Force Majeure: TOURSCART is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction.
